Opal Royals

My characters for Birthstone-Kingdom!  I got permission from Princess-Icicles  to make rulers for the Opal Kingdom!

Name: Beryl Opale

Age: 39

Gender: Male

Kingdom: Opal

Power: Can read the emotions of others to better understand them

Appearance: Blonde hair, blue eyes, likes to wear mostly periwinkle and other shades of blue

Personality: Kind and just, he makes time to see to the well-being of his subjects

Likes: His family, helping others

Dislikes: Seeing people in pain, not being trusted

Backstory: Beryl was born into the royal family of the Opal Kingdom.  From his childhood, he was groomed to be a good king.  When he was a young man, he met a lovely young woman from Stonia and fell in love.  His parents were accepting of his choice, even though she wasn't a royal, and the two were later married.  Just after Beryl was crowned king, his wife announced she was with child, and they had a beautiful baby girl.

Name: Roa Opale

Age: 38

Gender: Female

Kingdom: Opal

Power: None

Appearance: Light brown hair, purple eyes, likes to wear mostly lavender

Personality: She's sweet and loving, acting as a mother to her subjects as much as a queen.

Likes: Flowers, reading, her family, making people laugh

Dislikes: Being reminded she's not from a royal family

Backstory: Roa was a court jester in Stonia when she was a teenager.  Though she wasn't anything special, she enjoyed entertaining others, including the king and queen of Stonia.  When she was 19, the royal family of the Opal Kingdom came to visit Stonia, and she met the prince, Beryl.  She was immediately smitten with him, and he asked her to come back to the Opal Kingdom with him and be his wife.  The two wee married, and, though she still sometimes struggles with being royalty, she enjoys being able to help people, including her daughter.

Name: Lilith Opale

Age: 18

Gender: Female

Kingdom: Opal

Power: Can control crystals, and the streak in her hair can change color with her mood

Appearance: Blonde hair with a colored streak, pale purple eyes, fair skin, likes to wear white with other colors

Personality: Lilith is adventurous and brave hearted, loving to explore and make friends, but she also likes getting dolled up and going to parties.

Likes: Singing, climbing, exploring, collecting things, meeting people

Dislikes: Feeling cooped up, being called weak or soft

Backstory: Lilith was a rambunctious child, always wanting to get up and do things rather than sit down for her lessons.  She's her parents' pride and joy, and many in the kingdom love her, as well as a lot of suitors seeking her hand.  She turns them all down, though, waiting instead to find the one person she really connects with, whether they're royal or not, that she can love forever.

Oh, forgot to mention, Lilith's ourfit was inspired by Jenn-The-Apollo-Kid's work!
