King Cold

So our newest challenge for the FancyPants Kingdom is to create some villains.  So, allow me to introduce Tiberius Koldar, a.k.a. King Cold.  He is the nemesis of the Petal Princess, using his freezing magic to destroy her gardens.  He took over her old kingdom of Rosellia, turning it into a snowy fortress kingdom called Koldar.  He wears colors that are monochromatic, like winter.  He also has a scar on one eye from his last run in with the princess' guard, Garret.  Hope you like him!

What is the FancyPants Kingdom?  The best way to describe it is a huge art trade.  Make a character, and the other members of the Kingdom will remake that character.
